- Advise on whole school and classroom strategies to support pupils with literacy difficulties such as dyslexia in the classroom.
- Develop dyslexia awareness for staff, parents and governors via inservice training.
- Enable staff to develop the skills to successfully implement 1;1 and small group programmes for literacy difficulties, including dyslexia.
Fees to school
Daily rate -£380 (+ out of pocket expenses)
Half-day - £165 ( + out of pocket expenses)
If you are a concerned parent or carer of a child or young person GLR Dyslexia can help you by offering;
- Assessment of literacy difficulties, including written advice and personalised strategies for developing reading and writing skills -£160
- Screening for Scotopic Sensitivity (visual stress due to light sensitivity) -£60
- 1;1 tuition packages in literacy & maths
£30 per 50 minute lesson
6 x 50 minute lessons - £150 (payable in advance)
This service is also available to schools and settings.
